
While Jane is recovering at Mr. Bingley's house, Elizabeth is able to spend a lot more of quality time with Miss Bingley, Mr. Bingley, Mrs. Hurst, Mr. Hurst, and Mr. Darcy. When Elizabeth is with them the only people who seem to be nice to her are Mr. Bingley and Mr. Darcy. Mr. Darcy makes several attempts to try to get Elizabeth to like him, yet Elizabeth really couldn't care less about Mr. Darcy. Nearing, Elizabeth and Jane's leave, Elizabeth grows fond of Mr. Darcy but he seems to have changed his mind due to all of the things Miss Bingley said about her. Later when Elizabeth and Jane return home they recieve notice that a visitor would arrive at their home later. When the visitor arrives Mrs. Bennet grows very excited because two of her daughters would soon be married.
